What Is Included in a Pre-Employment Medical

Pre-Employment Medical Examinations (PEME) establish a baseline health profile for candidates and help assess whether they are medically suitable for the role. These checks assist with risk management and confirm a candidate’s capacity to perform the inherent requirements of the position safely.

In Your Report

All reports are reviewed by a qualified medical advisor. We summarise any risks clearly and categorise them for easy interpretation. If a drug screen returns a non-negative result, samples are sent to pathology for confirmatory testing, with an interim report provided.
