Our History

MVSI TalentScreen Pty Ltd, previously known as My Verification Service (MVS), was founded in 2006, originally as a HR administration outsourcing service. Starting with just two people, we supported the SME market with outsourced admin, recruitment, HR and candidate screening services.

As the business grew, candidate profiling, interviewing and selection support became an increasing part of our work. Over time, this evolved into a uniquely specialised offering centred on pre-employment screening and background checks.

Along the way, we became an Accredited Body of the Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC), as well as the various state and federal government bodies responsible for licensing, trade credentials, entitlement to work and more across Australia and New Zealand. This marked our transition into a leading provider of background checks and pre-employment screening.
